Inspired by the glamour of 1980s vanity rooms and timeless vintage beauty, we've carefully curated an atmosphere that feels luxurious, nostalgic, and empowering. More than a beauty studio, this is a space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel confident, and express your fullest potential. We believe beauty is about more than appearance, it's about how you feel when you're seen, celebrated, and free to be exactly who you are. We are located inside the Ace Storage Facility, When you arrive for your appointment go in the “Ace Storage Office” building. I will meet you in the lobby!
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Not The Body Shop, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect the time of both our clients and our team, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking. * No-shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a **75% cancellation fee** of the scheduled service. * Appointments rescheduled within **24 hours** of the original appointment time will be charged **100% of the scheduled service**. This payment will be applied as a credit toward your rescheduled appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. **Please keep this policy in mind when scheduling your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!**
